Buttermilk Falls, one of the most visited waterfalls in the Adirondacks, is a short but beautiful falls that is reached by an extremely short, flat walk from the parking area on North Point Road. The falls itself is not tall, but the overall setting of the cascade is extremely pleasant. It provides an enjoyable spot for a picnic and the entire area is worth exploring.
